Summer 2025 Calendar 

Summer session is for undergraduates only

May 12 - Dorm Check-in (Monday)

May 13 - Mandatory orientations and GTE building tour, and first day of classes (Tuesday)

May 29 - Bank holiday (Thursday)

June 9 - Bank Holiday (Monday)

July 14 - Bank Holiday (Monday)

July 21-22 - Final instructional days (Monday and Tuesday)

July 23 - Reading Day (all day). July 24 and 29 - partial reading days; no finals from 8am - 2:40pm; final exams starting in afternoon.

July 24 - 31 - Final exams - No travel plans can be made for the last weekend prior to the week of final exams, until the Schedule of Final Exams has been received by students. (dates to be confirmed)

August 1 - Last possible date to check out of dorms. Please email student-support@georgiatech-metz.fr with any questions on dorm checkouts or shuttle schedules.

NOTE: For all semesters, a full calendar with class days, holidays, and breaks listed will be shared with students after they are accepted into the program. These dates will not be published on our website.
