High Potential Programs

What is a high potential program?

Most large corporations have career development tracks they describe as "high-potential" programs, designed to offer special development experiences to those with the greatest potential to advance within the organization. These programs are usually targeted to those who have graduated within the last 2 years, and they allow the new employee to get an expanded view of the company's challenges, visions, and culture. Employees are typically assigned to several different positions over the course of the two years they are in the program.

Georgia Tech-Europe has compiled a list of these programs:

Note: Please send an email to info@georgiatech-europe.eu if you know of other high-potential programs to add, or if you see any information that needs to be updated.
